What is explicit consent?
Explicit consent is consent about a specific matter, based on information and given freely (Law No. 6698, Art. 3). We explain how we process your personal data in the Privacy Notice; that text is information only and needs no approval. Privacy Notice.
Each consent below is asked for separately, with its own box, and no box is ticked in advance. If you don't give consent, it has no effect whatsoever on your service request, the warranty assessment or the repair.
1. Commercial electronic messages (offers and news)
If you'd like to receive our offers, new services and news by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Updates about your own service record (Servis No, quote, ready notice) and reminders about maintaining the service you received need no separate consent, so they do not depend on this one.
Consent text: “I would like to receive offers, new services and news from Azz Teknoloji ve Bilişim Hizmetleri by SMS, email and WhatsApp. I know I can withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge.”
2. WhatsApp contact and transfers abroad
WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms and your data is processed on servers abroad. Where the appropriate safeguards in Art. 9 of the Law are not in place, we ask for your consent to this transfer. When data goes to a country without an adequacy decision, it may not be protected to the level it is in Türkiye. Instead of WhatsApp, you can use phone, email or the form on the site.
Consent text: “I consent to being contacted on WhatsApp about my service request, and to the personal data in that contact (phone number, messages, files I send) being transferred to servers abroad, having been informed of the possible risks.”
Cookie choices
We don't ask for cookie consent through this text. The site uses no analytics tool at the moment; it only keeps the records it needs to work. Withdrawing consent
- You can withdraw consent to commercial messages with the opt-out link in every message, through the Message Management System (İYS), or by writing to us.
- For the other consents, just email us or message us on WhatsApp. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing carried out before that date.
