Azz Teknoloji ve Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. is a service provider authorized by Segway Türkiye for Segway-Ninebot eKickScooters.

- We are not the manufacturer, importer or distributor of Segway products. Warranty coverage is set by your product's warranty certificate and the Segway Türkiye warranty policy.
How to verify our authorization
Whether a service is authorized is best confirmed by someone other than the service itself. Three ways:
Ask Segway Türkiye
Ask for authorized eKickScooter services on Segway Türkiye's service portal or at its call center.
Check SERBİS
Look up authorized service records by brand and province in SERBİS (servis.gov.tr), the Ministry of Trade's service registry. Importers are required to register their authorized services there.
Check the name on the paperwork
When you collect your scooter, check that the business name on the service slip and the invoice reads “Azz Teknoloji ve Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.” and matches the company details below.
Beware of fake services
Not every business advertising itself as a “Segway authorized service” online is one. The Ministry of Trade also urges consumers to check SERBİS before choosing a service. Whoever repairs your scooter, these rules protect you:
Never pay for work you didn't approve.
An authorized service shows you a quote before any paid work. Nothing is done without your approval.
Check the business in SERBİS.
If a business that is not registered there calls itself “authorized”, treat that as a warning sign.
Ask for a written service slip.
When you collect your scooter, an authorized service gives you a written service slip showing its name and address, the fault and the work done.
You don't pay for in-warranty repairs.
During the warranty period you cannot be charged for repair or cargo, unless the scooter was used against the user manual.
