The same online, recorded, approval-based process our individual customers get, scaled to your fleet.

Bulk intake

Bring several scooters to our workshop at once, or send them by cargo. Each one is recorded separately with its own Servis No and serial number.

Planned maintenance

A maintenance calendar based on the periodic maintenance schedule in Segway's user manual, planned around how your fleet is used.

Per-vehicle reporting

For every scooter, the fault, the warranty decision and its reasons, the work done and the parts replaced are recorded in writing and shared with you.

One contact

One contact person and one WhatsApp line for all your scooters. You can also follow each one on the Track page.

Warranty handling

In-warranty faults are assessed under the Segway Türkiye warranty policy, and you are not charged for cargo on in-warranty repairs.

Nothing without your approval

Every paid job starts with a quote. For bulk work too, we ask for your approval scooter by scooter.
