Bring your scooter to our workshop
At our workshop in Avcılar we repair Segway eKickScooters in and out of warranty. We recommend an online pre-inspection before you come.
Online Pre-Inspection
An online pre-inspection first is recommended
If you send photos, a video and the serial number in advance:
- A technician sees the fault before you arrive, and we can get the part ready if needed.
- You are told the warranty status and the next step in advance.
- Your request is recorded under a Servis No; for in-warranty repairs, the legal repair period starts with this notification.
The pre-inspection is optional; you're welcome to come straight in.
What to bring
Invoice
Your purchase invoice, for the warranty assessment. The invoice details must match your scooter; if you can't find it, come anyway and we'll look at it together.
A visible serial number
Make sure the serial number (SN) label on the scooter is clean and readable. It should match the SN in the app.
Servis No and error code
If you reported online, note your Servis No; if the display shows an error code, note the code.
Charger (if relevant)
If the fault is about charging, bring the charger too. Remove accessories such as phone holders, bags and locks.
If the battery is swollen, leaking or has taken a knock, don't charge it, and call or message us on WhatsApp before you set off.
What happens at the workshop
Intake
We record the fault and the condition of the scooter and give you a service intake receipt.
Inspection
A technician diagnoses the fault and determines the warranty status.
Quote and approval
If paid work is needed, you see the quote first. Nothing is done without your approval.
Repair
The repair is carried out; you can follow it on the Track page.
Collection
You collect your scooter with a service slip showing the work done and the parts replaced.
