Segway service by cargo, from anywhere in Türkiye
Report the fault online first and let our technician review it. Then print your shipping slip, pack and send the scooter, and track it with your Servis No.

Shipping is free under warranty

Packing
How to pack your scooter
Photograph it
Photograph both sides, the SN label and the display, and add them to your service request. They protect both sides if anything is damaged in transit.
Fold and switch off
Switch the scooter off and fold it. Wrap the handlebar and stem in foam or bubble wrap.
Box it
The original box is best. Otherwise use a strong cardboard box and fill the gaps with padding so the scooter cannot move.
Add the slip
Put the shipping slip with your Servis No inside the box, tape it shut and keep the tracking number.
Put in the box
- The scooter, folded and switched off
- The shipping slip with your Servis No
- The charger, if the fault is about charging (say so on the form)
Leave out
- The charger, if the fault isn't about charging
- Phone holders, bags, locks and other accessories
- A swollen, leaking or damaged battery: call us first
Uploading a copy of the invoice to your service request is enough; you don't need to send a paper copy.
Battery safety
Don't ship, charge or open a battery that is swollen, leaking, getting hot or has taken a hit.
- Switch the scooter off and unplug the charger.
- Keep it in an open, dry area away from anything flammable.
- Call or WhatsApp us first so we can agree on a safe way forward.
The carrier sets the rules for transporting products with lithium batteries. Follow the instructions you receive with your shipping slip before sending.
